
I can't believe it's been so long since I have posted here. It's not like I haven't been cooking. I think I have been cooking more than ever but my household has been a little....well let's just say I have been very busy. I made these popovers last Sunday morning. They were eaten so quickly that I didn't even have time to photograph them with the scrambled eggs they accompanied.

I didn't fill this pan very evenly and you can see how they popped. One thing is for sure.....Popovers are delicious whether they are small or giant!!

Those photos made my mouth salivate. Ben loves the tiny two popovers at the bottom and we love you. Did you read about popovers in the Times? Funny enough it was in last Sunday's magazine! Serendipitous?
